Best priced hotel in the area. Rooms are nice & clean. All single, King bed rooms have a couch, microwave & mini-fridge included. Bathrooms are nice sized & adequately stocked. The young lady that usually works the front desk during the early/mid-day shift is very nice & accommodating. The property is nice & quiet. Highly recommend if you need a place to sleep. They also offer a reasonably affordable weekly rate.
I've stayed here frequently. Its always clean and the woman in the front office is very nice and helpful. Comfortable beds, good amenities. Recently renovated and as comfortable as you can get away from home on a budget. Definitely recommend if you're trying to stay in a nice area just outside of Houston and still save some money.
I was pleasantly surprised at this location it was clean, the staff was very helpful & friendly & they gave great service. I will definitely stay here again.
Number one place to stay at when in town, always affordable and clean
The staff is very polite and accommodating. The service was what I would expect at a much more expensive hotel. The rooms are dated but nice and very clean. They have smoking and non-smoking room. The beds are a bit firm but I was able to sleep comfortably. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. Keep in mind the 5 star rating is based on expectations from the price of the room. This is a clean safe and cozy hotel that is very affordable.
Hotels are nice enough. Its a little rough on the outside but the insides are nice l enough you can tell it got renovated (some stuff like the tub looks old but the curtain is new) and it's next to a Starbucks which is right up my alley. You can go there for breakfast because they don't serve it or offer coffee or anything even tho it looks as it does or once had in the office area. I would go here again if u need just a quick place to shower and crash for the the price is fair enough for last minute booking.
Only complaint is that they didn't provide a hair dryer. Arrived late and left early due to flights and business so probably could have gotten one from front desk but didn't want to bother them. Nice & courteous check in
Decently renovated rooms, but with poor quality work (the bathroom tiles were uneven and had no grout, so there was gunk buildup between tiles). Friendly service, although it’s through a window and no access to lobby. Parking and accessibility is easy.
Set off I-45, this unpretentious budget hotel among commercial plazas is 2 miles from Hurricane Harbor Splashtown amusement park, and 3 miles from the shops and restaurants of Old Town Spring.
Curated spots travelers usually pair with a stay in Texas. Distances are rough real-world times, not straight-line.

Short, honest notes are more useful than long ones. A few sentences about what worked, what surprised you, and who the hotel is best for will go a long way.
